I am excited to announce that I am offering a 6 Week Sugar Detox Group Program.
No time like the present folks- there is never a good time to do this so let's just do it NOW!
Why do I offer this program?
There is a right way and wrong way to detox off of sugar and I want to show you the right way.
This is really hard to do alone. Sugar is addictive. You will have better success doing this in a group setting.
RESULTS MATTER: Before now I have only offered this program as a boot camp with 1:1 clients and everyone ALWAYS gets amazing results. Now it's your turn.
Here is a brief outline for each week.
Week 1 and 2:
Get to know your baseline and what your body will need for this detox
Connect with your accountability buddy
Set your goals and commitments
Start eliminating the foods that are causing weight gain and sugar addiction
Begin tracking and cutting out all high impact sugar foods
Week 3 and 4:
Continue tracking and cutting out all high and medium sugar impact foods
Practice intuitive and mindful eating techniques
Adjust and refine for your goals
Meal plan support for your individual goals
Week 5 and 6:
Sugar detox ends, continue tracking food intake
Being integrating medium sugar impact foods back in and tracking how your body responds
Tools and techniques to stay out of compulsive eating behaviors and out of the danger zone
Review your new baseline and access what stays and goes.
Create your plan going forward to properly fuel your body

Office hours will be offered over Zoom on Tuesday's at 9am for questions, support, laser coaching and accountability.
In addition to the course modules and drip content you will have the option for group accountability with daily accountability tracking via google sheets.
Access to me in a private setting to get support with challenges that may come up along the way.

Sugar Detox- My Favorite (only) Life Hack!
You may know that I'm not big on weight loss hacks- but if there is one this is it!
Sugar is what causes weight gain. When I tell clients that I want to help them cut back on sugar the first thing I always hear is. “I don’t eat that much sugar.” In which I reply, “Yes you are, you just don’t know that you are.”
It is impossible to have excess weight on a body that consumes a low amount of sugar. When people think about sugar they think of desert foods like donuts, cupcakes and these sprinkles my daughter discovered and asked if she could decorate her dinner with.
Even if you have already cut out the obvious culprits, the ones that are most dangerous are the ones you don’t even think about.
In order to burn fat more effectively you must become a fat burner instead of a sugar burner.
Sugar, no matter where it comes from, is still sugar.
