Energy Matters

Hi Friends,

“My life is great, I have everything that I said I wanted… so why am I bummed?”

If you find yourself asking this question in one form or another you are not alone.

I often hear this from people who reach out to me for support. They are often successful, powerful, ambitious women who have survived and thrived and managed to make beautiful lives for themselves…

And yet something deep down is nagging at them, calling them towards their deepest desires like never before.

There is a longing to know their own worth, take complete ownership of their lives, feel strong in their body and build their inner strength of confidence and pride.

There may be an awareness you sense as well, telling you that it is time to clean up your health and daily routines so that you feel strong and have more energy in your day… you may not know why but you know it is necessary.

When you have been conditioned to put your needs ahead of your family's needs and taught that you will never have enough money so you need to work harder at the expense of your emotional and physical health, no one benefits.

There is a process to empower your health and life. It is possible to wake up feeling excited to do your day and proud by the end no matter what life throws at you or what the latest devastating headlines have to say.

Today I want to share with you something that is vital and should not be overlooked when you are managing your happiness and creating your healthy state.

YOUR ENERGY MATTERS!

Your happiness is not just determined by your circumstance, mindset and outlook on life.

Your body has basic needs and when these needs are ignored it makes it almost impossible to continue a positive mindset towards joy and inner peace.

If you have low energy here are 3 things to pay attention to:

  1. Get your blood work done: Check your iron, how your thyroid is functioning and hormone levels. This year I got mine done by LIFEFORCE and had a great experience.

  2. Pay attention to the quality of your sleep. Ideally your body wants 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep between the hours of 10pm and 6am.

  3. Follow a meal plan that keeps your blood sugar stable. You will know it’s not if you are finding that you:

  • Often need a 2pm caffeine fix

  • Feel like you are always hungry

  • Emotionally eating

  • Moody

  • Need to snack throughout the day or at night to keep your energy up and cravings satisfied

43% of Americans struggle with low energy to the point where they are finding it hard to function. Ladies we cannot afford to have low energy. We have work to do.

Do not wait until you cannot function. We need more strong, powerful women connected to their bodies and truth now more than ever!

As you continue to create your healthy state, pay attention to your daily habits and how they affect your energy and happiness.

Do you struggle with low energy?

Are you feeling a little bummed or unsatisfied and want to develop a body and mind that is unstoppable as you follow your true desires unapologetically?
