Finding Self-Love

Joy does not exist without gratitude and appreciation. Fear does not exist where there is love. 

 

Be grateful for your body as it is right now: the heart that is beating in your chest, keeping you alive; the breath that continues to find its inhale without you noticing. 

 

Celebrate your health and professional wins each day no matter how small, so that your next step is unburdened.

Self love is accessed through self care. My hope is to share with you how best to…

  • Love yourself now. Not the person you will be one day.

  • Love the business you have now. Not the business that is coming your way.

  • Love the child you have now. Not the version of them that makes you more comfortable with yourself.

  • Love the things you have now. Not the accumulation of more without knowing your reason why or without allocation.

  • Love your partner as they are now. They are a reflection of the love you give to yourself.

  • Love every single part of your body now. This is how you heal. This is how you lose the physical and emotional weight.

You can keep climbing, trying, hoping, searching but if you do not have access to your own empowered spirit you will always feel like you fell short. 

 

Your love is strong and powerful. 
 

Turn inward to remember.

Self love: Skills in practice 

Here are 3 tools, techniques and practices that have helped both me and my clients connect back to themselves, find inner peace, self love and fulfillment:

 

1. Take 10 minutes to sit still before and after your work day. 

This will help you to focus on what’s important during your working hours and transition into family and personal life with more presence and intention. 

 

2. Five Minute Journal- a morning and evening practice to connect to abundance and gratitude. Journal

This is will allow you to tap into gratitude and appreciation so that you are able to access joy, creativity, and abundance more fully. 

 

3. Look in the mirror today and say to yourself: << Test First Name >>, I love you 22 times.

If you are over eating or emotional eating say this softly to yourself 10 times before you eat.
