Hiking Workouts with LiveFit

Join the Oliveyah Fitness Team for hiking workouts the first week of July. I was inspired after going on adventurous desert hikes in Jacumba, CA a few weeks ago and have been hiking all over town since. Come out and join me for some great cardio workouts that include spectacular views, scenic trails, fun stairs and hills that are sure to get your heart pumping. Leave time for a 1 hour and 30 minute class for each day.

Wednesday, July 4th | Corte Madera Hills

Meeting Spot: Menke Park, Corte Madera | 7:00am - 8:30am

Friday, July 6th | Lake Trails

Meeting Spot: Phoenix Lake, Ross | 6:00am - 7:30am

What to Wear

Wear comfortable workout shoes and layers but nothing too bulky that you won’t want to carry once you get hot… and you will get hot, promise!

What to Bring

If you want to bring water I suggest wearing a water carrier, waist pack or small backpack if possible so that your hands are free.

New Members

Classes are open to all fitness levels.  All new members will need to fill out a short intake form before participating in the class.  If this is your first LiveFit class please contact Oliveyah.
