Join LivFit Marin on Thanksgiving morning

Thank you for being a part of the Oliveyah Fitness Team.  I am so grateful to each of you as your energy and dedication to this program is inspiring and allows me to do what I love each day.  It is so fun getting to know you and being a part of your life. I hope to continue to give you excellent workouts that keep you fit and excited about health and fitness.

Meeting Spot: Ross elementary school on the corner of Lagunitas and ross common.  From here we will travel up to Phoenix Lake.

Date /Time: Thursday November 27th | 8:00 - 9am. Please arrive early to class.  We will leave 5 minutes after class begins.

Workout Type: This will be a moderate to high intensity workout. (Running optional).
