It has brought me great joy helping you achieve your fitness goals but most of all I have enjoyed getting to know each one of you personally.  I feel blessed to have such a wonderful, eclectic, and interesting set of clients which is what makes the LivFit community so special.

This year we will have a LivFit Community Exchange table that will allow party goers to bring information / samples on anything they enjoy doing either professionally or for leisure. You can bring something as easy as your business cards or information on your favorite community service events and fundraisers or samples of your business / hobby.

Thanks again for making the LivFit community so wonderful.  I look forward to seeing you there.
